Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely designed but a bit warm, and the staff were extremely kind and professional. The central location was convenient for exploring Rome, but some areas looked worn. The breakfast was good but limited in options.
Staying on the piazza side, my room was a bit noisy at night, but it had two windows plus air conditioning. While not yet updated with the new bathroom, it had all the amenities one could need.
The hotel offers a peaceful stay with quiet rooms, although they feel a bit dated and not perfectly clean. The space is on the smaller side. The location is unbeatable for exploring nearby attractions, but it might not be the most upscale in town.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while full of charm, were slightly noisy due to their location on the piazza side. However, they offered a quiet atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with a thoughtful 'to-go' breakfast assortment provided before an early tour. The location was unbeatable with close proximity to key attractions, though there was an unfortunate incident with an overcharge that wasn't fully resolved. The dining experience was a mix of excellence in service but could improve in the quality of offerings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not exactly as portrayed in the photos but were still decently sized with ample storage. However, an extra pillow would have been a nice touch. On the bright side, the rooms were kept clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. The service was exceptional, with the team being incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great dining recommendations and even preparing a to-go breakfast package for our early morning tour. The central location of the hotel was convenient for accessing transportation options and popular sights, but it had typical drawbacks of being near a busy train station. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good selection and friendly service but fell short of meeting Italian culinary standards in some aspects. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are quiet and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, though some decor elements show signs of wear. The service is top-notch with knowledgeable and kind staff, but there were instances of strict visitor policies. The location is convenient near transportation hubs, though the surroundings seem slightly dated. Dining options are decent with excellent service, but the freshness of items could be improved.
